To contact us about privacy, use the contact page and say your message is about personal data.

• Contact form data: your full name, company or practice and phone number, plus anything else you choose to tell us when we reply.
• Browsing data: technical data that the hosting infrastructure records automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time. This data is used only to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. It is not used to identify you.

This website does not ask for health data. Please do not send health information about yourself or others through the contact form.

• To answer your request and follow up on a possible collaboration, product demo or custom software project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To run and protect the website, prevent abuse and fix problems. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules if a contract follows. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not use your data for marketing or profiling, and we do not sell it.

No. However, the contact form fields are required to send it, and without them we cannot reply to your request.

Your data is handled by authorised TP53 staff bound by confidentiality. We also use service providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR:

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting and delivery.
• Resend: delivery of contact form messages by email.
• Our email provider: storing the messages we receive.

We may also share data with professional advisors, such as accountants and lawyers, or with public authorities when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are based in the United States or may process data there. Where this happens, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for certified providers) or on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where needed.

• Contact requests: up to 24 months after our last exchange. If a contract follows, we keep the data for as long as the contract lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law, such as 10 years for accounting records.
• Technical logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider, usually no more than a few weeks, unless we need them to investigate a security incident.

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you can, at any time:

• access your data and get a copy of it;
• have it corrected or completed;
• have it erased, or have its processing restricted;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• receive the data you gave us in a portable format.

To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact page. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the staff who need it, and providers selected for their security standards.
